Description
Calipers are stripped down the bare shells and components. The bare shells are either deep cleansed and polished if painted (where possible) or vapour blasted if just metal (if requested). Serviceable pistons are ultrasonically cleaned for reuse. If the pistons are beyond use, replacements are extra but at cost value. All new seals, bleed screws are used for the reassembly.
Finally once assembled they are pressure tested on our rig at low and high pressures.
